WHEAT – Down 1 to 2 cents per bushel.
Profit-taking ahead of three-day weekend and after the big
rally on Thursday. U.S. seasonal harvest pressure also weighs,
but market underpinned by harsh weather in portions of Europe
and in the Black Sea wheat region.
CORN – Down 2 to 3 cents per bushel.
Profit-taking after the rally on Thursday, which was the
biggest two-day gain since 1988. Good crop weather in the U.S.
weighing on market, but corn finding underpinning from USDA’s
bullish stocks and acreage data released on Wednesday.
SOYBEANS – Up 1 to 3 cents per bushel.
Tight soy stocks and firm spot cash continue to lend
support, but gains limited by good U.S. crop weather and
profit-taking ahead of the three-day weekend and after the
rally on Thursday.
