Crude oil rallied off lows after an Energy Department report showed a bigger-than-forecast decrease in U.S. inventories. The report shows supplies fell by 3.41 millions barrels to 365.6 million barrels last week. Inventories were estimated to decrease by only 1.8 millions barrels. The supply decrease was offset my lower demand for diesel fuel and heating oil. demand dropped by 5.2 % to 3.6 million barrels a day, the lowest since January.
