As a Traders Network customer, you can be confident in the knowledge that your funds are on deposit in a segregated account with R. J. O’Brien & Associates, Inc. As required by the Commodity Exchange Act, it is a matter of strict enforcement that customers’ funds never be commingled with the funds of the firm or its principals. You can take advantage of a discount from partners. For added security, the various futures exchanges and the firm itself have in place numerous mechanisms calculated to ensure the financial integrity of clearing member firms. Most such mechanisms are in addition to those mandated by the federal government.

Each exchange provides for the protection of all market participants by requiring clearing members to maintain capitalization levels sufficient to meet the firm’s financial obligations. R. J. O’Brien & Associates, Inc. not only meets, but as a matter of policy, exceeds those stringent requirements. Risk management and financial surveillance procedures have also been established by the exchanges to further safeguard the financial security of all market participants.
