OUTSIDE MARKETS The Dow Jones Industrial Average closed 73.39 points higher
Monday at 11,092.05. The overnight session saw the Dow Jones futures trade 2
points higher, indicating the market could see light buying interest Tuesday.
Asian markets were mostly higher with the Nikkei down 8.09 at 10,900.68.
European markets were also mostly higher. The overnight crude oil market was
$1.09 higher at $82.54 while Brent crude was $1.08 higher at $85.30. The June
gold contract was $7.20 higher at $1,143.00 while the U.S. dollar index is
0.011 lower at 80.813. Soybeans at the Chinese Dalian Commodity Exchange were
mostly higher while the Malaysian palm oil market was higher.
